Frost in the garden and allotment

Wednesday, November 29, 2017

There is little better treat to be found in late November than waking up early to see the world glazed in a crusty white frost. On Saturday we were lucky to capture the garden and allotment looking nothing less than magical. I was that weird neighbour trussed up in a big coat, creeping around with my camera, snapping away and periodically huffing on my frozen fingers before resuming my strange lunges and squats to get a few nice shots. Who says photography can't keep you fit?

Have I inspired you to get up and out early to enjoy a frosty morning?
Take care,
Sophie

  3. There is something magical about a frosty morning. I went out with Andy in the truck, stopping in fields here and there. He was checking the crops, I was looking for pretty things to photograph :)
    Love that first shot!
