I want to give you that little push to get out and about in the great outdoors this weekend (and indeed all summer) to really take in the best that the world has to offer. Be it on your own, with a pet, partner, family or friends you really shouldn't underestimate the value of going outside, breathing in the fresh air, feeling the breeze on your face, the sun on your skin and the feeling of how wonderful the simple things can be.
