Bring on the cosy knits and oversized jumpers as the temperatures drop further! It's thermal tights all the way now, but they do a marvellous job of keeping legs warm, better then trousers really. You know how much I am of a fan of ankle boots and this dark green pair are an absolute cracker I picked up in the River Island sale a while ago. Granted, they can't be used for an eight mile riverside walk but for a stroll through town they are a-ok. On this occasion we had taken a drive out to Creake Abbey cafe for a spot of lunch (which was an absolute delight as ever) so I wanted something comfortable and warm to wear.
This white fluffy jumper is a dream. I wear it a lot, but I don't recall wearing it for some outfit shots... It's a soft and roomy number that's exactly like wearing a hug, sheer happiness. The downside of it being white is, of course, that it's naturally more vulnerable to attracting stains but I'm trying to be extra super-duper careful to prolong it's life.
Hello this little red skirt! Since I bought
my first knitted skirt I cannot resist them. So comfy and warm – perfect for winter. They don't get blown up by the wind, don't ride up, don't gather at the crotch and they look kinda flattering if I say so myself.
