This morning I will be making my way home from a week away in the Lake District with C. We snuck away for a change of scene and to escape for a little while. I'm hoping that we will have enjoyed our time, as well as me having an opportunity to take plenty of photographs of a completely different landscape to usual. Next week's posts might well have a distinct theme!
The allotment has been a real tie over the summer; on the occasions we have tried leaving it in the past it's gone wild in our absence and been a nuisance. September wasn't a problem but this year taking a week in October seemed a safe bet.
