Yes, time is flying by this autumn. September vanished before I realised it really started and now the leaves are falling all around. Thinking back to last year I'm sure the autumn colour lasted such a long time but it already seems like a third of the leaves have hit the deck. Possibly the only mitigating feature of the temperature drop is the rainbow of yellows, reds, pinks and oranges which paints the prettiest of landscapes.
Hopefully the weather will allow us to get out and about over the next few weeks to enjoy the best of the season.
Let me hang on to the colours for a while longer.
