No kneed

Return of the green jumper. One of the green jumpers, I must admit I have maybe five. This one was an excellent buy as it's so warm and comfy, I'm sure it will be a longstanding favourite for years to come. I wore this outfit back on the day of the sunshine. Looking back, I don't like these jeans at all and won't be wearing jeans from now on unless it's absolutely unavoidable. Honestly, I don't feel like myself at all at the moment and don't feel much like smiling.

My knee has been playing up for the last few weeks. It can be fine 99% of the day then I'll get a big twinge which sets me on edge as I don't want to put it under strain if it's not right. But it is mostly right, except for a couple of shooting pains every day or so. The thought of having a long term injury is something I don't want to foster, so I've been trying to work around it by not using said knee for anything other than normal activity, for which it's fine.

When will this rain stop? It's so disturbing. In Norfolk we have been relatively sheltered but across the country the ramifications are widespread. With little to no log term plan for tackling environmental issues and the strong possibility of extreme weather becoming the norm it doesn't bode well for us all.

Take care all,
Sophie
