Sophie in the Sticks: The eerie mist

Ooooh the eerie mist, creeping up from the undergrowth and shrouding the countryside.
It's no wonder that in bygone eras the mist filled people with terror and fear, even with the benefit of science I can say it slightly puts a chill down my spine too.
