We've had a quiet Easter, with plenty of fresh air and reflection.
Not being of a religious inclination I don't partake in much of the Easter traditions but on Friday we decided to pop into a lovely coffee shop in town for a treat. I couldn't resist the lure of a fresh homemade hot cross bun, apple and cinnamon nonetheless, along with a large after eight mint hot chocolate. I have to say it was absolute heaven!
I have lots to share with you over the coming few weeks but they'll have to work their way onto the blog in due course.
