Sunday dawned the most delightfully sunny day! We walked Lincoln in the early morning sunshine, then I pottered in the greenhouse before changing tack and heading out for a bite to eat and a walk in the open air. It was the kind of day where I couldn't stop smiling. A rarity! A happy day! So much so that I rebuked my winter wardrobe and went in search of something much more uplifting. My floral print boxy dress was the perfect practical compromise paired with this baby blue fluffy jumper. A fitting outfit for such a glorious day.

It wouldn't be spring without wearing flowers in my hair and I bought these flowers from Accessorize a couple of weeks ago. They were £4 each I think and I love the rich colours. I'm sure I'll be wearing them a lot over the coming months.
