The snow technically arrived

The snow arrived in Norfolk, technically. Flakes of frozen ice precipitated.
Maybe they didn't last long. Maybe only a few minutes. But they arrived, nonetheless.
Proof! Evidence! Alas, the wind and drizzle that followed soon saw off the blanket of white in favour of a watery slurry all around.
I suppose it counts. But maybe a little more would be nice.

No it wouldn't! I love outdoor winter scenes, but as I also have to cycle to work in the dark in winter, snow and ice terrifies me and I wish folk would remember that one person's fairyland blog pictures mean other folk risking life and limb to get to work!
ReplyDeleteWhen you have broken a limb in.the snow and ice, it changes your perspective. I definitely do not want it to comee again!!
ReplyDeleteThese are fabulously beautiful pictures Sophie...I did say I hoped the snow (technically) would reach you!
