It's only Thursday but this weekend has been a bit of a stinker as have many others this year. I'm longing for the sanctuary of the weekend when I can lose myself in the garden with some weeding, planting, tending and hopefully some reading on the bench to chill out. The allotment too of course, though as we still have nowhere to sit other than the floor or my weeding contraption it's less about rest and more about graft. We're almost at the cusp of reaping more in harvests than just watching plants grow but I shall eventually fill you in on all the allotment news in a dedicated (long) post soon. I take pictures each week but for the last two months have failed to get anything written about it at all.
