My favourite photographs of 2017 January to June
Wednesday, December 27, 2017
Having sat down to compile this post feeling a little 'meh' about the standard of my photography this year I didn't anticipate there would be many pictures to choose from. However, looking back it seems my rose tinted spectacles have proven themselves best for such a job and I find that many shots now seem more pleasing than expected. This first instalment covers January to the end of June, then I'll finish off the year separately. In an ideal world I would recap where each of these shots is from and maybe a resume of higlights from the year, but no! Darn it, you can take a scroll back yourself. there were 246 complete posts published by myself this year and without beating around the bush I want to be the first to pat myself on the back for making such a good job of recording the year. In times to come I know I'll look back on 2017 and marvel at all the detail I had forgotten. Not much of importance slipped through the net and I didn't abandon hope. I'm not a photographer, or ecologist or anything remotely qualified to give out advice, merely an enthusiast for my own time and sharing the spoils.
I hope you enjoyed the few I picked out.
Take care,
Sophie
