The moody season
Friday, February 08, 2019
The light and shade of winter give rise to moody feels. I lust after hard frosts, tempestuous skies, fierce sunrises and anything to give a bit of interest to an image.
At the end of January I saw this tree in bloom. I believe it's some kind of cherry? Much too early surely?
What was this? I'll be returning to see what grows here this summer.
I likey lichen. What can I say? When I started blogging back in 2011 [OH I'VE JUST REALISED I NEGLECTED TO MARK THE 8TH YEAR OF BLOGGING BACK ON 1ST JANUARY!!!!] little did I know that I'd be scrutinising close ups of lichen, fungi and all sorts of weird stuff all these years on.
Take care,
Sophie
