Marching on
Monday, March 02, 2020
After another weekend of feeling at a loose end, I have to say that hopefully now we have entered March there will soon be some outdoors action to be getting my teeth into. Yes, I've done a little weeding and cleaned the greenhouse but I want to get sowing, I want to see growing! The allotment is still practically submerged so can't touch it for a while yet.
There's little of interest on show as yet. Bit of dogs' Mercury, a few daisies.
Stinking hellebore and periwinkle.
A bit of michievius umbelling.
The lesser celandine is starting to appear and flower now which is jolly.
White violets.
A yet floods. A dry March would do everyone a favour.
Take care,
Sophie

Yes, some dry weather would be good, and very, very welcome!

I'm quite sick of the rain and that isn't usually the case!
