Red alert

Lost for words with this post. Usually inspiration strikes and I find myself tapping away with something of interest or relevance but this morning it's just umming and ahhhing with nothing at all in mind. I do find that winter is a bit of a 'lost' time for me; our regular weekly plans are anchored to the allotment or garden yet in winter when there's nothing much to do I feel like I've been cut adrift. Of course there are jobs to do but only little bits here and there. not the regimented must do list and the perpetual weeding.
Red has become a bit of a staple in my wardrobe.
You can do a fair bit of adventuring in a dress.
I've got itchy feet to get growing again and there's a few things in mind I want to get started in the propagator over the weekend which should quell my lust for a little while. The allotment can't be touched for a good while yet - it's close to being underwater (and some plots actually are).
Take care,
Sophie
